I thing the trouble with the latency is when you send the mx's audio outputs to the pc sound card; my solution was to send the mx's audio outs to a mix table in one chanel and the pc outs to a second chanel...

My emx adapter broke awhile back, but I ordered a new one and when i get it im gonna try to incorporate it into my ableton setup a bit and i was just wondering if you can slave the emx to ableton (but only the tempos) and just let the emx run as if it were its own track in ableton? I dont own a microkorg but if it has midi ins & outs , then you should be able to getting it working with live, oh yeah dont forget have to enable midi " ext" within the korg mx, then hit play in live thats it .
what settings did you put in Live under control surface and input to get it to sync? I been trying FOREVER to figure this out but it will never ever sync.
Ditto - I have tried EVERYTHING - and I cannot sort out the latency problems. I have given up an just recorded the EMX1 in as audio and then used that. Not as spontaneous though.
I can't get ABLETON and EMX to sync I've tried everything (even all midi sync delay ms from Positve 300ms to Negative 300 ms) Did you every figure it out

for me it works quite well with delay 105ms on all ableton intern audio tracks, NOT the emx's channel.
those latencies are different from interface to interface, there's also a way to find it out, but i don't remember it right now
