Well, I know lots of metalheads, who doesn't know Dimmu Borgir, so I thought I would share them. I don't think they're bad. I admit that their latest album is more symphonic than their previous ones, but that's not something I would hate. I love symphony as much as I love metal. Anyway, IMO their best album is In Sorte Diaboli. BTW thanks for the recommendation, I didn't know Troll and I think they're good.

@ServantOvSatan I don't see anything that makes christian metal contradictory, really. Metal is a way of making music, a way to express yourself. It's not WHAT you express, it's a WAY to express it, meaning anything, even christianity, can be expressed through it. There are some great extreme metal bands, for example Crimson Moonlight, and I can't see anything that makes them hypocrites just because they express their faith with brutal music.

I don't know if your into King Diamond at all but he has some story telling albums too and definetly the kind of albums where you listen to from the 1st track to the last track because he's really awesome at telling really dark stories through heavy metal too.
