You're really awesome. I'm not a hooper (although I plan to be asap, so I've been watching tons of videos and researching) But sometimes your feet look a liiittle bit awkward, but you've DEFINITELY got an insane energy that I haven't seen yet. I think you'd benefit from getting a gigantic mirror to hoop infront of so you can keep track if your body movements. But you're UTTERLY crazy with a hoop, and I totally applaud you.

WHOA! Nice manipulation! You're freaking better than Elena Lev, Masha Silaeva, Irina Akimova and Angie Mack all rolled in one! And they're the best I've seen for four years! I just started manipulation about five months ago, and by now I can hoop on my elbows, kick the hoop on my ankles and kick it up to my knees and shimmy it up to my waist, and do a crazy form of contortion with it, too!

Thanks!! I actually just get my hoops from walmart. That particular one is a water weighted hoop (the biggest kind that they sell)Any hoop works just fine, you just have to get used to it and create your own style with it. hope that helps and Thanks for watching!!!
