I would think that you can just wire them straight into your wiring harness for tail laights, brake, or reverse lights. But I have heard that LED's don't like being used as blinkers unless resistors or electronic flasher units are used. Just what I have heard, I suck at wiring too.
Great Vid Bro! can you Run the Hot wire on these LED Strips to your Brake Lights too? can I just tap into my Brake / stop wire and the other to ground and get them to work as stop or turn lights? and also my interceptor P71 has front strobe bulbs still on the cornering Lights can I Hook those up into my turn signal wires and make them cornering Lights? i,m just no good with auto wiring thanx
I've never done this before or any wiring for that matter. Could someone with absolutely no experience do this kind of thing with out of the box instructions?

Thanks so much for the friendly advice. :) I think I'll try and start with a 12 volt.

I'm trying to find a video that explains how exactly to wire these suckers in to your car. Could you possibly help point me in the right direction?
Frankencow 2 years ago
It's pretty simple. They are already made for 12 volt so you just hook the power wire and ground wires up respectively.
