Go into a private match with 5 other people so theres six of you. Wait until 6 more people join and tell them to join your session. Back out and connect to a lobby with nobody in it and let those 6 players join your session and then tell everybody to snipe lol. At the time this montage was made you didnt even really have to try to get sniper lobbies. Snipers always add othersnipers so eventually snipers would join your games and it would just turn into a sniper lobby.
