don't buy this phone,the phone deleted my picture's,video's,music fot 2 times,the pictures was a memory for me and now is everything deleted so don't buy it because the phone don't can't handle the internet!! if you are on internet mostly he is gonna turn off so this mobile sucks i can't wait for the sony experia play!!

It is really a good phone. I have it since 2009. The camera is great, you can find alot of cool apps for it (like water level, DoodleJump, Fieldrunners, 3D CSG modeler, etc.). The ONLY cons I found is the battery, which after a year must be changed because it can't hold the specs.

Depends.

Go for LG renoir if your a photo taking type person, much more handy and very versitile for phone / camera capabilities.

LG Arena is better if you perfer music, although not with Dolby processing, it does have the 3.5mm earphone jack (the ones you regularly use, unlike the Renoir you must use the ones provided).

Arena = Iphone by LG, but if you hate apple, get the LG Arena.

Thats pretty much it. I'm getting Renoir! Parents coming home from HK with mine.. hehe =D

LG Renoir and arena are far better than the cookie. so they aren;t really on the same level of quality. Lg renoir is better if your more interested in a camera i would say.

I fell for the Viewty 2 years ago and after a couple of weeks I realised it was a mistake.

One thing that is worth mentioning to anyone who is interested in this phone is that there is LAG! Big time lag. Browsing the web...laggy! Scrolling through a page...LAGGY! taking a picture...laggy! etc. etc.

Just thought you should all know. Apart from that though it's a good phone.

i would go for the arena, the interface is much better than the renoir.

the arena is like the viewty and renoir combined. The 3d-interface looks sweet too =] though i like my 8mega pixel camera. the arena only has a 5, though its video camera records at a larger resolution than renoir, so that means the the renoir's video camera might be better (Haven't tested).

So overall i would choose the LG Arena.(Newer phone can mena its better)

I currently have the Renoir and its excellent!

yeah u helped thnx xDD cause it's like this i'm from portugal, in my country the arena will come out 16th this month and his price is 449 euros (maybe around 500 dollars dunno very well the exchange) and the renoir costs 189,99 euros (around 200). i rly would like to go for the arena ^^ but the cost diference is still a lil bit far away from each other xD

Well after further investigation.

I have found out that Three are the best network in Ireland!

3c texts to any network without ANY minimum top up!? Compared to o2's free texts with €20 top up a month!

Three also have a data plan - It's €9.99 for a whole month of browsing - unlimited!

Well it's actually 1GB but who's going to reach that?

And it's great because this phone had a good browser and all that kind of thing. =]

you can buy a buddle thats 6 euro for 700 texts and 200 minutes for a week... thats 24euro a month, i wouldnt use that many texts or minutes so that will suite me just fine :D
