Busca en el diccionario de la RAE (Real Academia de la lengua Española) "ene" y "be". Ahí vas a encontrar que el nombre de las letras no lleva tilde. Además vas a encontrar que solo algunos casos especiales de monosílabos llevan tilde, entre los cuales no se encuentran las letras del alfabeto.
