okay, here's the reason nobody sees the bear. The first video tells you to focus on how many passes the white team makes, so you only focus on the white team. The white and black teams only pass among themselves, so it only makes sense to follow the ball. They designed and coreagraphed it so that the ball the white team is passing never comes close to the bear, and the bear's color in the video resembles the black team, making him pat of the background.

I correctly identified the number of passes that the white team made but as expected didn't even notice the guy in the bear suit until i looked at the advert again as he was so well camouflaged with the black team. This advert is actually a very good one in that it proves the point that we always look out for the big vehicles and other cars when we are driving but fail to notice the motorcyclists who aren't regarded of as importance on the roads, i find this advert very effective indeed!!!
