I do not speak German though I did try to take a class in German in college. I dropped the class because I am hard of hearing - it is very hard to take a language course when you can not hear..... I said huh so many times.... anyway would like to talk to ya more

Easy way around the problem of it being in German is to do a very brief 'overview/summary' of what's been said and done during the shoot in English. Stefan could do that as part of the actual video shoot by doing his favorite trick of pointing the camera up to his face...say every 5 minutes or when something interesting has happened. That way you'd have the best of both worlds and no extra editing or shooting required! Worth a try next time as subtitles are a pain to do and to read!
