Good job on the training. Yes, chin-ups (palms facing you) will build your biceps, and both chin-ups and pull-ups (palms facing away) will help work your abs. Also, do push-ups as these will help build your shoulders and chest:)
She could have done some more reps, for some reason she didn't try to failure. But from this perspective you can't see if she's going totally down, it looks like many reps are not really full range of motion
What perspective are you looking at the video from? Of course she's going all the way down. This is an informative video not a world record attempt. Why should she go to failure. BONK!
