Keep up the good work! and remember, keep going until YOU are happy with your results! i don't think i would be able to do this, at least not without some support, but that's not important!   • Pete man I don't know whether you read these comments but I try to make a comment on most videos. I really really think you should put money into seeing a personal trainer once a week. You will feel more inspired and you will see faster results. I'm very pleased you're not giving up keep with it man you're getting there you just need an extra push. Please take my advice!!

  • Hey Pete, I'm glad you're still doing this! I myself am going through a bit of a body change. My number one tip is to watch the amount of carbs and sugar you take in, unused carbs turn directly into body fat. Sugar is also horrible for ya, I'm sure you know this. Also.. the best exercises I know for 'shredidng fat' are circuits, sprints, jump rope, and basically any type of explosive workout. I.E. P90x, circuit training, cross fit, 300 workout etc.
