@Dmocr8C its not done every day, and its a way to train the officers on the proper way to use the car...operating sirens, lights, driving....and wouldnt this freak u out if u were a terrorist or even just some random street punk.......the best way to stop crime is to make the criminal not want to commit it in the first place, most muggings can b prevented easily, bcz the ones who do tht r usually desperate, and not nessicarily bad ppl...they simply need a little reminder as to the consiquences
