So I've always wondered this about men - why do they always put on their pants first, fasten them, then put the shirt on, then unfasten the pants again, then tuck the shirt in or whatever, then refasten them? Why not just put the shirt on, THEN do the pants once and for all? Riddle me that.

Also, yes, may the universe please create more legitimate excuses for us to watch Cheyenne in some sort of state of undress. Please.

All I can say is that, for some strange reason, it's actually easier to get the shirt in when the pants are already on. I don't know why, it just is. And if we didn't do up the pants, they'd fall down!
