  • dont know where ya all were at during this series but i enjoyed it would love to meet up with you guys up in ozark sometime its one of my fav places

  • I tried looking up "yoyo traps" and couldn't find them. Is there a breand name or some other kinda name they go by?

  • Solution is the to go North trust me minorities can't handle the cold and 2/3 of whites also.

  • Well I agree with you for a little while you might be able to live of the land, but after 175 million die within the first 6 to 9 months. Your going to have 140 million people and a ton of low income blacks in the south competing with you for those possiums squirel racoons etc. My point is its going to be tough to survive with once the oil agriculture market falls everyone is going to be out in woods hunting people as well. 90% of all Nitrogen comes from cool based electricity.

  • It would be so awesome to go camping with you!

    Nice video series

  • this is a great series man, seriously the best i have seen on youtube.

  • Great videos !!!

  • Damn good series here man, subbed.

  • i really like the video's man but no offence im a hunter my self and wilderness outfitter but it seems you might be going a wee bit over board with the getting food i mean my self i would made all the food you have caught last at least a week or possibly more but no disrespect. great vids man.

  • @SuhwoopGGs503 Well I didn't really define the main objective of the trip very well in the video. The whole point of the trip was to show how one person can produce a ton of food with limited equipment and time. I agree about priorities but if people want a demonstration on other survival skills they can watch our other videos. I just wanted to put this out to all the naysayer preppers that say you can't live off the land!

  • @sigma3survivalschool oh okay i didnt see that i though it was just a survival video about going out and staying in the bush for a few. But now i understand sorry man thank you.

  • Love the vids bud. You seem too young to know as much as you do, but by your vids you're definitely walking the walk. Looking forward to watching all your vids. Thanks for the effort. It's appreciated.

  • @Loveoftheoutdoors Age is seldom an indicator of knowledge, experience maybe. But I'm insanely passionate about what I do and I'm constantly seeking to improve myself in the self reliance arts. Thanks!

  • @Loveoftheoutdoors Age is not a indicator at all, I have been doing this stuff since I was 5yrs old ! My father was a recon marine (vietnam) era, he taught me hunting, fishing, traping, map reading, booby trap building you name it ! This happens to be one of thee best channels out there . Kids today have NO CLUE what real fun is all about and I believe that is our down fall of modern society ! They dont even want to get there hands dirty ! Man I was so lucky, never stop learning !!

  • @ppspsd Oh I agree. It wasn't meant as a slight in any way. But USUALLY it's the older folks that know how to do this stuff to the extent Sigma does. I wish my father knew something like this to pass-on to me. Hell, I wish my father knew ANYTHING to pass on to me...

  • @Loveoftheoutdoors Hey brother ! Didnt feel slighted at all no offence taken someone had made a comment about age . Believe me I was trying to back you up !

  • Holy fruit cakes, opossum number 3 was huge!

  • family are the eggs in the basket, good job

  • Parvo088@yahoo.com. Like I said hit me up and I'll go with u guys! Love making instructional videos like these just havnt done it yet lol

  • I live in Arkansas too guys!! In Rogers. Next time u guys go bug out hit me up and I'll go too!!

  • man you got alot of food for thoes six days the squirrels alone would of made me happy!

  • oh gotta have beer

  • I love watching the comedy channel. And building a lean to for you and your buddie and snacking on passion fruit is not recommended........just take my word on this lol

  • @born68 Passion fruit is awesome and is not dangerous. I wouldn't eat massive quantities but there is nothing wrong with eating it. It doesn't have hardly any caloric value but they sure do taste good. Like pomegranate!

  • Knife only or primative only would be very informative...GET TO IT!

  • @81eagle That is coming in the spring time!

  • no BQ sauce or beer thu?

  • Im lucky enough to get weeks at a time in the backcountry. I usually bring rice and jerky (with a vitamin supplement) for my staple. Im in MT and we have good fishing, grouse and smaller rabbits. I really enjoy the videos and one thing I'd say- The food you dream about when in the woods never makes up for coming back to real life. lol

  • This series rocks! I've subbed and now I have to catch up on your video library. I also gotta find me some yo yo's.

  • great vids man keep up the good info

  • I have a really dumb question....can you help me with the idea of finding spices...the ones that would help spice up items as in possum and wild game, im a city boy and the gamey flavor is a issue with me so im curious if you could help me identify and use wild items that would help dress the flavor and or dull the gamey taste. Sorry for the stupid question.

  • clay is the way too go......spiritpipeman

  • Excellent series of videos bro! I'll have to watch again, but I missed the details about the 10/22 trap ...where can you get these? I did a search online and couldn't find a place to buy these. Thanks~ Paulo

  • @brgzz 10/22 trap? not sure what you mean. The 10/22 is my gun, the Ruger 10/22 and the traps I carried were the conibear traps that are 220 and 110's. I also had yo yo traps.

  • This is great keep up the great work---again very very good.

  • Cant wait to see the new videos! I am subscribed to a lot of channels but this is a favorite!

  • Good videos i too only go into the woods with my 10/22 .

  • Excellent! (Subscribed!)

  • Cant wait for the pottery videos!

  • Love these video's great info presented in a nontechnical manner. You all should definitely edit all these into a dvd offering. Keep up the fantastic work!

  • Awesome videos loved the series! Thank you

  • Great series!! Looking forward to more series like this!! What stock do you have on your 10/22?? Looking to upgrade my 10/22.

  • @isles622 That is an ATI stock with collapsible and foldable butt stock. excellent stock.

  • Dude that sounds fun. Just got back from our National Forest today (Thanksgiving). I was out since Monday and tried my yo-yo's. yesterday caught two bass, a bream and two snapping turtle. I released everything though. I dont trust my cooking skills, lol. after january I'm going back for another week and try some more skills.

Thanks for your videos and effort.

  • One of the best series' I've seen in a while.

  • very interesting I would like to see more =)

  • great series bud, good lessons learned. its hard to balance real world commitments with dirt time

  • Very good videos, do what most are just talking about. Shows the capabilities if you have the knowledge and some equipment. Thanks, wtr7

  • Excellent series. Would have liked to see what you did with the crow. Happy Thanksgiving.

  • @gryphon50 Rotisseried him over the fire and it was some of the best thing I've eaten. Loved it.

  • Excellent work, Brother, I'd love to see some slingshots, mini-crossbows, etc. used, if it is feasible for ya. Mike / vec

  • Great Series Rob! Very excellent man! Cant wait to see the how too on that shelter, and more on it. Ive been wanting to make a much larger one myself here soon, so that would be good inspiration!!

  • @Jrodlikestoparty Video on lean to is up on the channel

  • Awesome series, looks like your sure ate good! Even got your veggies. That shelter behind you in the end was looking quite interesting. Hope to see a how to on that. Thanks for vid. Peace, Michael

  • Great job once again, too bad you couldnt have gotten some of them fat arkansas catfish on your Yo-Yo traps, maybe you can try running a trot line or doing some jugging next time. One thing I thought about also was a gamo break action .22 cal. pellet gun, ammo dont weight nothing for the thing and you can kill up to good size possom, and coon with it, but the 10/22 is fantastic also. Anyhow great job on another excellant video.

  • @TheSonofthunder7 well we don't have any catfish in the pond I was fishing. I like the pellet gun idea as I have tried it myself but honestly they can't hold a candle to that 10/22. It can shoot twice as far and I have follow up shots for multiple targets or in case I miss. Just my preference.
