um... just go: window> workspace> edit view or mixing view...
if they are still messed up just go: window> workspace>reset current workspace.
or you can click on the 5 dots on each of the tabs and drag them where ever you want and they will dock there. don't grab the window. Use the tabs inside the windows, it's not that hard if you just stop and think about it. And the workspace options aren't exactly hidden.

ya tried that, cant find the "MAIN" window tho. i can open everything else,,just not the main track window
