I thought that once you have applied the henna and it has dried you just take off the dry henna and not wash it! By doing this, it will last longer.

only to use mehindi leaves grind it and mix some water.put in rani cone if it is emty

if it will dry aply some oil on hand and the colour will be red and the design will be good looking

The good mehendi cones r available only in pakistan in urdu name[Araq]it is very good to put on nails only.

I add eucalyptus and tea tree oil along with the lemon juice and some sugar into the henna powder to make the paste.. and believe it or not..the stain will be much darker and last longer .

I get hand cramps from the squeeze bottle I have and the henna needs to be reaaaaaally thin, otherwise it won`t go through, I`m back to cones now

I love ur design. And I love doing mehndi myself. But I've never heard of mixing henna powder with water. I always use lemon juice to create the stain.

@CreativeD23 yep lemon juice is pretty common... especially when you make your own henna paste... But water? never heard of it, like is it being substituted for the lemon juice? or is it just added.... o.O

my guess is the lemon juice is a better paste then a henna powder,

henna can go bad... the henna plant needs to be frozen and you need to use it within a week, so.. powder? i doubt it...

or your paste is going to... not be very successful.

@lilyblue22 The cones are easier to use! I use the cones and one is able to get the detail needed.  the bottles are harder on your hands and can cause them to cramp up! Hope this helps! i noticed your comment was from a little while back, but thought i would try to answer tit for you =)

I have to say, girls, that buying the cones is very hit and miss - you buy one and it doesn't flow very well and you have to keep inserting a pin, or you buy one and it isn't very dark. Yours flowed nicely.
