@aria0123x There's only one world economy, there's only one world, it doesn't matter where the pollution is concentrated, it doesn't matter where the wealth is concentrated, production is what is important, when wealth is concentrated under one major government, production is increased, like when it is concentrated in one major corporation, instead of many small ones.
