That's one way to do it...you could also use Whirlwind Sprint instead of Slow Time and beat the shit out of him, using Voice of the Emperor (if you're an Imperial) to get his Deadric dudes to chill.

Also, I took the star back to Nelacar and betrayed Azura, and now I feel like a bit of an asshole.

he missed out on killing the henchmen, you could get deadra hearts off them, essential for making deadric weapons and armour

I had the hardest time doing this mission. Malyn's little butt buddies kept spamming fire & lightning and just kept killing me. Finally did it by paralysing them using the bow + potion & using W. Sprint to get close to Malyn (who's pretty damn weak)

@Jswift255 Yeah his allies were pretty hard, but I managed to paralyse him before he got to them and then it was really easy to kill him.
