At work, a similar sump pump that is shown here will not engage, or turn on, , any suggestions on how to fix that.....

ajusting the float maybe, suggestions if you please.....

umm see my house is flooded and i live in galesburg IL and we just got lost of rain and my asmentis flooded with about 2 feet of water from the rain we just got and we have no tools or any to get it out plz rite back wat i can do just home things to get its cleaned up
