britain never did anything good in india. when independence happened india had a litaracy of 11% and child morality rate of 450:1000. india has had to slowly fix these things. now have fun being our bitch for the next 20-30 years.

Read my comment first and kindly understand that I am not opposing your point. People go to the US and UK to improve their financial and social status. But it was the English that came to India first for the economic prosperity that India had to offer. And the money was siphoned off. Read again and again.
