Gang stalking is the result of illicit/felony access to resources/equipment/ technologies (eavesdropping/wiretapping/ tampering/tracking) and the application of felony crimes (framing, entrapment, baiting, aiding/abetting, stalking/bullying, harassment, defamation etc.) as methods of deflective (deceptive and manipulative) control/retaliation and should all be reported to federal authorities.

Gang stalking a.k.a. group/gang vengeance and domestic surveillance/ terrorism (a national, organized scheming crime documented by the USDOJ) appears to be nothing less than corrupt civil servant/ enforcement [local, county, state, federal] felony crimes/violatons and assaults specific to illegally, unwarrantedly and maliciously violating the constitutional/civil legal rights, liberties/freedoms (Patriot/Safe/Privacy Act) of citizens cowardly behind their backs.

A website should be set up to help TI's get lawsuits filed.
it's common for people being harassed a then daydream about additional harassment which is not occurring. The problem with the American psyche field, is it doesn't distinguish between real and imagined harassment, it tends to consider any reactions to harassment as being a mental problem, which is stupid.
Check out youtube user Aoifeunderland on what she called "borderline personality disorder" which many people consider to be bogus
