Aren't there some verses of the Qur'an that condone "killing the infidel? (in Islam)

Unless any religion can prevent it's people from doing wrong, it's not gonna be taken seriously. This is especially true when a religion actually tells it's sheep to kill.

Thank you for your respectable comment , and Islam actually prevented people from killing, except in some rare instances and logical that are already happening in life right like self-defense , not as a people understood ! that killing was permissible in Islam in all cases !!! that's completely wrong.

@believergod3 How can you say Obama wants peace? Not trying to start a debate here, but he's carrying on the same policies as Bush did. He ignored Pakistan's sovereginty to kill Osama. I'm glad Osama is dead, but Obama is actually expanding Bush's policies. I'm not a Bush fan, but Obama and Bush have the same exact foreign policy. And he's still getting involved in middle eastern affairs with the Lybian crisis.

Muslims must stick up for themselves, so can you explain how Muslims were defending themselves when they recently raped and murdered several Christians in Pakistan? Muslims binding a non combatant 'infidel' and sawing his head off, this is sticking up for themselves? I am not assuming, these are things I have seen and heard from first hand accounts, and indeed I have those connections, I am not stupid enough to assume.
