in my opinion. Hershey's is the greatest chocolate ever. That's because i'm American. I grew up with Hershey's. I would like to try Cadbury's Dairy Milk. I've been wanting to try that forever. The reson why i think Hershy's has the greatest chocolate. Its a blend, and transition. Between milk and dark elements. That gives the chocolate. A real sophisticated. And innovative taste. I'm eating Hershey's with almonds right And i am in chocolate heaven. mmm nom nom nom

Hersheys WAS the great american chocolate bar once......but they @#%^& it up. They replaced the original Cocoa Butter with vegatable oil Yuch! Even the FDA won't allow them to call it chocolate anymore but rather 'chocolate candy'

About 12 years ago I bought a Hershey's bar from a posh grocery store in England. I was disappointed as it tasted 'off'. Years later a friend brought some back from New York and I still couldn't eat it.

Many people don't actually know that Hershey's cocoa beans come from plantations in west Africa that support child labor. At the age of 10 your given a machete to harvest beans for your master. Is it worth it?

The Negative comments about this candy bar not being good and prefers the english or european chocolates. I'm sure your parents or grandparents thought it was the BEST tasting chocolates when the American G.I's. passed it out to them during WW2 .

Sad that Hershey's is now in Mexico and closed all their plants in the U.S.

I only know what I've read. An October 2010 article stated "Original Hershey Chocolate Factory Set To Close" and "Hershey is spending $300 million on a new facility being built just outside town. Six-hundred workers from the old factory will move there."

A Hershey Co. (NYSE:HSY) plant that made York Peppermint Patties and Jolly Rancher hard candies closed its doors Friday as the company transferred production to Mexico.

The plant had operated in Reading since 1986. Its closing meant the loss of 252 jobs, The (Harrisburg, Pa.) Patriot-News reported Friday.
