No, the Ps3 slim does not have any ports for memorycard or any other cards that the Ps3 (fat?) have. He forgot to mention that, but is not - at least for me - a big thing, you have a bigger harddrive.

hmm i think the PS3 becouse it safe for the fouture, maby im wrong but why i say this is becouse it have Blu-ray and that will be the new gen player and it don't fail on you liek the xbox. but the xbox got the best online but you have to pay for it ofc.

and the xbox will not be anvaibel to play Crysis 2 like the ps3 brcouse it have to get upgraded, and the PS3 have really good firmware now so it's a good machine :)

I would get the fat ps3,because i Think,that the new ps3 slim is ugly :D You can not install a other system on the slim,on the fat u can....ps3 fat is cheaper... The only thing,the slim is better,is the hard drive and how much energy it needs...

the reason they made the slim was to lower the production cost so they can lower the price. sony lost billions with the original ps3 beacuae the cost like 800 to make. all they trying to do is make some back. the slim cost like 240 to be produced. they plan to raise the consumer rate.

i rathe buy a 120gig for 299 now than an 60gig for 599 then.. so what if it isnt sexy looking. who the hell stares at their ps3 anyway. and the ps2 slim wasnt portable. it didnt have a built in screen.

Nice looking but its not the look of the console thet sells them its the games, and Unfortunalty sony have no Killer PS3 exclusive games, all the great games comming out are for all consoles and formats and this hurts sales. Most console Manafactures at the moment are suffering due to the ammount of formatts to produce games for.

the newer one has a newer cooling system, but what really annoys me is why didnt sony put all of these latest ideas in the 1st ps3, instead of making different models, i have 80GB, i did have 60GB which overheatd and fried. kind of a shame
