  • @the MonsterXavier - I'll try to find the fight and check out the sweep.

@clinchfighter - Ya man, I never would have noticed that he hooked the glove until I slowed it down. Very slick move by Diaz.

Thanks to everyone for their feedback!

  • awesome vid man! i was wondering if you could breakdown that sweep carlos condit got on dong hyun kim a while back...ive never seen it before. thx man

  • good video great breakdown

  • Anaalinen papillooma. Haistakaa persettä.

  • this isnt the gracie break down

    camera man sucks

  • With all due respect, how do you call someone a UFC veteran if they've only fought once in the UFC. Never really understood that.

  • this is bacily the fedor armbar

  • @lansford101

You think so??? I've never seen Fedor do intricate BJJ techniques like these off his back... 0_o

  • Wow, it really shows you how much effort you have to put into BJJ to get high rank. That much attention to detail under pressure is amazing.

    Great breakdown.

  • killer, thanks!

  • Great breakdown.

  • at the end nick diaz had cyborgs arm under his left arm so he couldnt resist.

  • INFERNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • thanks a lot man great video keep posting

  • This is a very smart way to market your site and gym! Good stuff guys, thanks!

  • It looked like an Omaplata Sweep

  • nice brakedown man, thanx. and havent learnt yet about locking the ancles, il try that tonight!!! YEH DIAZ!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great job explaining, I was wondering why Cyborg didn't just pull his arm out.

  • Good detail about the way you should pull the leg, I was doing it straight up, I train mostly gi but I will practice this. Thank´s.

  • @Dudongo86 Thanks. With the gi, grip the pants by the ankle to flip him and make the same overhead motion. It works easier with the gi on.

  • @Dudongo86 Thanks. With the gi, grip the pants by the ankle to flip him and make the same overhead motion. It works even better with the gi on.

  • @Joslinent Thank you man, I will give it a try and if I ever go to work to Canada again and I pass for Ontario, I ´ll check Aliiance.

  • Great break down Jeff! Never knew what strategy and technique when on in ground fighting. To the untrained eye, it just look like two guys rolling around on the ground.

  • Nick Diaz is the number one P4P fighter in the world.

  • awesome breakdown..i coulnt believe it when nick pulled it off i was like wow!!!!

  • @crimen Thanks. For sure, Nick was very calm and pulled off a very nice BJJ technique. I love seeing old school arm locks in action!

  • Jeff, your analysis and commentary in this breakdown is fantastic. Please keep doing these, they are VERY helpful.

Whoever @westcostmtvcustoms is, he obviously has major psychotic issues, and his comments are not even worthy of a response.

  • @cburcinc Thanks man. Lots more to come :).

  • Description said that you are an UFC veteran? How come you have never been in the UFC?

  • @westcostmtvcustoms ahh ye you have i checked the wiki on you sorry bud, but you lost to Koscheck and it says that you lost by Decision(Unanimous, owned) why does ot say owned? :D just askin

  • @westcostmtvcustoms haha. no prob.

That's funny :). Always haters in the game. Probably some fat guy on his couch who can barely win a round of MMA on UFC 2010 xbox.

It was a close fight with Koscheck that took place in 2006 at Mirimar base (Fight for the troops) on Spike Tv. Hard fight to find for some reason.

I also fought Jon Fitch which is on youtube and coached and cornered Spencer Fisher for his last fight at UFC 120.

    Where you from bro?

  • @Joslinent Damn I'm talking to a legend :D

I'm from Latvia but currently i live in Ireland,

I started MMA when i was 15 im now 16 what should i do to get good?

  • Practice as much as you can and never make excuses to miss training. When you're not training, think about training. Takes notes, drill your newest moves and ton and try to remember everything you learn from class, seminars, private lessons etc. Good luck!
