    review for sansa clip

  • that zen suck sounds very bad compare to sansa clip

  • the over all quality of the clip is better.

  • haha sansa clip is way better!!!!!!

  • sansa wins IMO and for not being pink lol

  • I had my Zen Stone Plus for 3 years. It was great for working out, easy on vacations and to enjoy music on the speakers. But after it died on me a few days ago and I could not find a website to order a new version I decided to order the Sansa clip. I refuse to buy an ipod, for the simple reason that i'm not on interested in the whole itunes thing.

  • ZEN stone is more durable than that one..

  • sansa clip is about 45.2times better than Zen stones.

    1) sansa clip is skinnier

    2) sansa clip sounds 2x better

    3) sansa clip doesnt lag when u navigate

    4) sansa clip is cheaper (i think)

  • i would applaud you cause i like sansa clip the best....but youre a racist.....

  • Zen has good quality sound, so does the sansa...i have a zen and converting is a bitch!

  • The Zen Stone sucks!

I cant figure out the menus.

    Sansa is much much better!

  • Whoa, when you turned off the Clip the text dissolved away. My 8GB doesn't do that.

  • That`s because the 8gb clip is a v2 which automatically comes with a newer firmware version that has a different animation.

  • the Creative stone plus controls were laggy as fuck. There was no firmware fix for it either. I just sold it and might consider the Sansa.

  • I just bought a Sansa Clip 8GB at walmart for $50. I think it is a great value. Also I've read reviews and the sound quality on the Clip is the best in it's class.

  • The clip is better than the stone definitely.

  • iv got verson 2.0 sandisk sansa clip

  • Great review.

I recently got the white Zen Stone Plus in the mail. I had to purchase a pack of skins separately to get a clip and that cost me an extra $10. So far I hate it. My old RCA Lyra, with an SD card slot, totally out performs the Zen Stone. I think I'll purchase the SanDisk Sansa next.

Thank you for showing both for comparison.

  • and silikon case come whit the player also the clip!!

  • that is lie 8 hour its about 20 hour asshole i got i tested it !!!

  • Actually both mp3 players are good

    both have good stuff

and both are cheap than the fking ipod

  • you need to explain, have you got one?

  • Thanks for the excellent review.

I just bought the 2GB Sansa Clip on Amazon for $31.75 including shipping and sales tax. I bought it because I wanted a small audio player that was super easy to use, for recorded books and podcasts, and it had to work with Linux, which this does. Drag and drop audio files from the file manager and it even plays Ogg files. Woot!

The audio recorder was a real bonus. I don't care too much about FM.

USB recharging and 15 hour battery life are great features!

  • my touch broke...so i sent it into apple to get rapired and they sent it back saying i "abused it"

so now i have to buy a new one :(

  • That sucks. I mean they should still repair it or something. I mean I hate there iPod abuse policy. Apple sucks with there policy stuff but they are still better then microsoft

  • i loved my sansa clip til it stopped working ...

    ...

    ...

  • I glad the Sansa is getting the vote here coz I just ordered one a few hours ago. And guess what make my old one was that broke down? Fucking Creative!

  • why the sansa clip is better, in my opinion:

    1) sounds better (this is pretty important isn't it?)

    2) less expensive

    3) more user-friendly

    4) longer battery life

    5) clip comes on base model

  • Sansa-1

    Zen-0

  • I am getting a clip soon sometime this week or weekend. thanks for review

  • How about a video with how to get the audio into it? The player is useless without being able to do this.

  • i would rather have the zen stone plus cuz it has more features

  • u do not have to press everything twice my zen stone plus only has to be pressed once to change song

  • I LOVE MY ZEN!!!

  • i would like to see the sansa clip go against

the zen stone plus WITH speaker

ok now u ppl can burn me

  • great review.

considering getting one, but my e250 would be jealous.

  • Your review seemed a bit biased. But then again my comment will be biased :)

I LOVE my Creative, I get more battery life than you said in the video, nearing about 10 hrs. I prefer the looks of the Creative, it is sleeker and looks really cute in pink or red!

All my friends are like 'omg! That is way cheaper than my stupid iPod that breaks and freezes my computer, and much more reliable duh!'

At least we both agree they are better value for money than iPods!

  • If you owned both you would know it's very apparent the Clip is a better player than the Stone. If you consider a player better due to it looking "cute", then obviously we have a different criteria for what makes a good player.

  • There are more reasons. Just I don't need to bore you with them.

I am happy with my Stone and don't see the need for another mp3 player when I think this does the job amazingly well.

  • Why would creative require TWO button pushes to goto the next song?? What other mp3 player is like this? NONE. Bad move Creative.

  • I did make a partial mistake in this review concerning the double button pushing. Once the display is on you don't have to double click each time. However, you do have to double click each time when the display is off. When the display is off, one click turns on the display, then it requires a second push to perform the function you are wanting it to do, such as change song.

  • yeah, alot are like that, I thought? When the display is off (to save power), you can press ANY button just once to bring it back up, and then press which button you were needing to perform the wanted function. Until the display goes out again (several seconds, or customizable amt of time)

  • the sansa is an amazing mp3 player

I can taske it everywhere with me and i lose it, so what ill get a new one. Not like a 300 dolalr ipod...

  • some 1 tell me how much sansa clip is!!!!

  • $37.88

  • actually its $60.00

  • For a 1gb, closer to $60 for the 2gb.

  • great review, 15 hours vs. 8 hours - no further questions asked.

  • thank you very much

  • yay I have the black one too iwanted a pink one but they were out :( but I love it sound quality is awesome

  • how much is the sansa clip 2 gb? please comment back

  • going price is around 59.99 MSRP, though if you look around you may get a decent deal. Bestbuy had a sale which this went for 35 USD.

I'd sit on a sale maybe, if you can.

  • i just bogh a blue one from bestbuy but for 59.99. i got a 2 year replacement plan so it went to 75.31 works good

  • I have the sansa black clip :D

  • I like the zens in all, but the stone sucks! I'de get the sansa. But the creative zen v plus is better than both.

  • sansa all the way it looks like the zen doesnt have a screen but my sansa e260 is better tho

  • i like the clip i got one on black friday yestarday =)

  • i like the sandisk best
