I don't think it can get anymore clear what program this is. In the top left corner, you can make our the blurry letters "Adobe Photoshop". There are too many inconsistensies to even resemble MS paint, though extraordinary things have been created using it.

@sissythehedgehog It's the instrumental for the Ryoko vs. Yuki fight scene. If you watch the scene and pay attention to the background music, you'll notice that this music and the Ryoko vs. Yuki fight scene music are the same. ;) The second one is from Haruhi episode 2 or 3, I think, when Yuki is explaining to Kyon she is a humanoid interface.

I would agree Yuki was configured better than Haruhi in your picture because Haruhi looks thinner in the face that she actually is, and I dont understand for the scratch effect in the background of the image. I would think you would of tried a more glare effect than anything but thats just me.

Let me ask you a question, and I wan't you to answer it honestly. Do you like Picassos paintings? Do they look good to you? Do you think they are worth millions? I'll be honest with you, as famous as he was, I think most of his paintings are way overrated. However the point I'm trying to make is that he got away with drawing like he did, and as much as I dislike it, I still think is art. Art doesn't have to look "perfect". Perfect to him was a nose on the forehead and an eye on the cheek.
