I realized you forgot the scene when Niles acts CC to marry him a second time at the anniversy party of Maxwell and Fran. Also when CC and Fran are trapped in the elevator while Fran goes into labor. CC is outlouded by Fran's screaming and Niles asks her again. She tells him that she would marry him. Niles gets the strength to open the door and she tells him "to call her CC".
