  • FAKE

  • I have a rare photograph of Lincoln wearing a Metallica t shirt. Only $5000! Cash only.

  • @Bopalena

    You are so funny !!!

  • moreover, the statue of freedom was placed on the capitol in december of that year. so, where are the christmas trees and decorations??? silly uploader.

  • cool. whoever shot the film put the completed dome on the capitol. who removed the dome then???

  • I saw the Hall of Presidents when it opened at Disneyland, maybe that's why he doesn't shift his torso at all

  • I've see better robots at chunky cheeses

  • Does Disney it's property was filmed?

  • Would you jolly jokers stop making up BS like this crap unless you plan on telling a good joke with it like the one that shows Lincoln walking through the forest like Big Foot.

  • the first real footage/film ever shot was "The Roundhay Garden Scene", shot in 1888.

  • @MinecraftRecreate that depends how you define real footage. There are still motions strung together, sort of like a flipbook, that resemble films dating back to the 1860's

  • @MinecraftRecreate movie filming and motion picture cameras werent invented until 1895

  • duh

  • Animatronics; great show if you are there, but it does not seem real, in spite of the great technology.

  • Great to see live footage of this wonderful president and speaker.

  • uh ok but there's no true footage of lincon all that u see it's fake get some makeup special effects and boom it's looks like lincon but thanks for correcting me

  • dude you cant't get real footage of abe lincon it was the 1800shave internet they didn't have computers it wasn't inveted phony

  • @aaronrockin24 You're right (this is a Disneyland animatronic), but you're also wrong ... you don't need internet or computers to film anything, and there was film in the 1800s -- only about 20 years after Lincoln's death. Google "Roundhay Garden Scene" and you'll find the oldest surviving film we have.

  • I saw this on the Walt Disney show in 1966.

  • oh for gods sake its a freaking robot...lol...sigh

  • its a robot

  • To me, this looks more like the Disneyland Lincoln. He also is said to have had a rather high voice.

  • Um that's a robot stupids.

  • Yay Disneyland!

  • that is the dang animatronic presidents from disney world

  • No sound recording in Lincoln's day. Not until Mr. Edison. No movie film till Edison's time either. ?You are nuts! This looks like the Disneyland anamatronic display.

  • @TheCircusgal1950 ITA. Adding the crackling soundtrack is a good try, but no dice. Looks like Disney's Abe.

  • i freed the what

  • imbecile.

  • Get any of Christopher Columbus coming to America?

  • This is the Hall of Presidents at Disney World!

  • This is totally bogus. There was no motion pictures in Lincoln's day, and no voice recording. Finally, the ideas expressed in this video -- and put in his mouth -- he would never have said. At least the author ought to be forced to put the word "Farce" or some such over this video.

  • @cjdenbow Have you forgotten or are not aware of a gentleman named Graham Bell? The first president that ever had his picture taken was Andrew Jackson, way before Lincoln. This film has been authenticated by experts for the longest time. It is the real thing. No conspiracy pranks. It's amazing that even at that time, Lincoln still commanded inspiration from the people. He truly was majestic in his speeches.

  • @buffet62 The Jackson photo was taken in 1845, way after he left office. But, what does that prove? We are talking about motion pictures with sound -- neither of which were invented until way after the Lincoln presidency. Also, do you not know that Lincoln spoke with a Kentucky accent and had a high-pitched voice? This was documented by contemporary reporters. This film is so totally bogus that it's a waste of time arguing with those who are so stupid as to believe otherwise.

  • This is the old disney animitron with some dumb liberal overdubbing the sound.

  • hall of presidents at disney is pretty cool

  • looks real...time travel filming maby..

  • @Kimindigo Then why wouldn't the film quality be from the future?

  • Wow ! Looks very much like Lincoln !

  • DISNEY AUTOMATON

  • I had another offer for the bridge, but I can let the Bay Bridge go cheap!! Let me know if your interested???

  • @himrod67 Of course I'm interested. How much we're talking here? Wanna cross trade? The Sphinx, Pyramid and .20 cents on the dollar for S.F. Golden? Can't get any better out there, especially with a down economy. Get back on decision.

  • This is amazing how did you get this footage? You said you still had the golden gate bridge for sale is it possible for me to send you a check as fast as I can?

  • BOOOOOoooooo!!! Hope you had fun at Disney!

  • that looks like a video recorded from a disney theme park...very mechanical movement

  • Pretty damned good for 20 years before the first moving pictures (French) and 30 before recording! Maybe a time traveller took it - and stopped off in 1920 for the equipment instead of taking their own?

  • Somebody went through a lot of trouble to make "Great moments with MR. Lincoln" seem like an old clip.

  • Hello! That is plainly and obviously the animatronic Lincoln from Disney's Great Moments With Mr. Lincoln.

  • and I bet that hall smells like popcorn, Mickey Mouse pretzels and corn dogs.

  • This is from the Hall of Presidents at Disney LOL....1963 I think NOT

  • Looks identical to the actor who played Lincoln in that one Shirley Temple movie. Give me a break 1863, that was like 50 years before the video camera was even invented and a good 10 years before Edison's phonograph. The whole thing is utterly preposterous.
