I remember this episode, and this was pretty much "the shark jumper" for the show. However, it was rather symbolic that this would be the start of a long acting career with two Oscars as The Fonz and the Happy Days gang would soon be riding off into the sunset. Like him or not, whether playing smart alecks like Jimmy Dugan in "A League of Our Own", the gay lawyer in "Philadelphia", or the humble hero "Forrest Gump", Tom is one of the best, if not the best, actors of our time.

yeah stego, some shows are best left forgotten however they did yield some good acting talent. Ron Howard went onto direct, Henry Winkler also directed and starred in some later movies like Scream and such. Tom Bosley did his own thing, and Marion Ross has done some unique projects of her own. Even Ted McGinley would go onto Married w/ Children and they will all tell you same thing, yes our show probably sucked donkey dick but at least we were getting paid.
