I'm disappointed. I like the video, but I don't know how to make the liquid weigh (know that is spelled wrong). Can't find the video with info on how to make it. Or even what it is... hate I am missing out, but thanks for the video, maybe one day I will figure it out and get to make it.
Could I use stevia instead of the sucanat? Or does all of the sucanat get eaten by the probiotics? If you do think I could use stevia how many drops would you suggest on average for the amount you made? Thanks.
@slush011 I saw in another one of her videos about Kombucha that the bacteria eat all of the sugar and leave none in the finished product. For kombucha you feed them white sugar, believe it or not! Now, kombucha sits out for 7 days, so perhaps the longer you let the lemonade ferment, the less sugar is left for you. That's my guess.

I made fermented orange juice with just OJ and whey. It rocked.

@heyoehkah
Fruit juices are warned against except for lemons and limes.

@busybuzzbuzz
Took my recipe from Nourishing Traditions. Looks like they missed the memo to avoid fermenting orange juice.
