I KNEW it worked forearms! One day I was walking to school and it was absolutely pouring rain and I had this wimpy little umbrella that I was struggling to fit myself underneath let alone the bag on my back, so I ended up holding my bag up to my chest with one hand like I would now with dumbbell rows. When I got to school and put my bag down, my forearm was dying lol (my little story)
Excellent demonstration. I see other people on youtube jerking and twisting the bar up, completely abandoning correct form. This is how it should be done.
That movement is very bad for the shoulders. Why don't "trainers" know this? Any doctor will tell you that it is foolish to do that exercise.
