  • That movement is very bad for the shoulders. Why don't "trainers" know this? Any doctor will tell you that it is foolish to do that exercise.

  • doesnt build yur front delts it only builds side, and u have a close grip which only does traps and not side delts, side delts is wide grip, yur all wrong buddy u shudnt be coming on here miss guiding people, stop what yur doing.

  • I KNEW it worked forearms! One day I was walking to school and it was absolutely pouring rain and I had this wimpy little umbrella that I was struggling to fit myself underneath let alone the bag on my back, so I ended up holding my bag up to my chest with one hand like I would now with dumbbell rows. When I got to school and put my bag down, my forearm was dying lol (my little story)

  • Excellent demonstration. I see other people on youtube jerking and twisting the bar up, completely abandoning correct form. This is how it should be done.
