personally I hate when Jeff does the Swanton from a high place like this because he gets really lazy with it and it just doesn't look as good. I'm in no where near the shape Jeff is but I bet I could copy this Swanton pretty close. Granted it'd hurt my back on landing even with the cushioning you know they hid there but I'm sure Jeff did too. These really high Swantons just look like he just fell head first from his jump point and landed on his back. Top rope ones take more skill & look better
