If the rollers were all quality neodyme then when they pass through the micri-coils can you tax the magnetic fields of both the centre & the rollers or does that create drag...?

Um, not be all one sided one way or another this device appears to have no point of contact between moving parts and has no friction other than the air around it. It may not make energy but i may prove to be an efficient semi- frictionless electric generator or motor. I see a lot of potential applications and see no need to dismiss the invention as a whole.
This is just a reinvention of the "brushless motor" Every ceiling fan in the world is using the real technology here, namely computer controlled electro magnets on the exterior.

i see two possible results for this. one, if the power created from the generator is more than the power used to power the spin, then he has created perpetual motion and a free energy generator. if it does not then it instead of gaining power loses total power, as the energy made is less than the energy used.
@Kcirtap792 pretty sure youre wrong. its not that he didnt use any force to push them. its that when he put the 7th one on, the force needed to make it spin was extremely low, and after rewatching the video, i saw that it spun not because he pushed it but because the 7th magnet balanced out the other 6 in the position and the force used to move the other 6 magnets got it to spin. idk how to phrase it properly but he didnt push the 7th one when he put it on but he pushed the other ones.

I have spent a lot of time utilizing magnetism in an industrial laboratory setting, and though I am interested in this from a tinkerers perspective, I just don't see much technical innovation in this device. If I could see more data on how much energy is lost I may change my mind, but in what I have seen, I see this as a fun demonstration project...

This is creating energy because when the rollers pass by those copper coils it creates a tiny bit of electricity. Plus you factor act the electricity you still turning a small amount of kinenict inergy into a large amount by stored energy in the magnents when they are near eachother but when you run this enough the magnits will lose there magnetism but at least its a lower rate than oil.
Not permanent magnets. That is, not if you found a way to increase this devices conductivity. If that could be done there would be a supply of "energy" or "conductivity" sufficient to make what the magnets produce negligible. And if done properly would even negate the need to produce so much energy in order to turn on, operate or manipulate the device in the first place while at the same time allowing it to produce even MORE energy! Then you would have 'extra' energy. And a whole new challenge.

We can't create energy, but why do we assume we can't tap into sources of energy that are virtually inexhaustible? The wind and tide patterns on this planet have been moving for millions of years, and no fossil fuels had to be burned in order to keep this "perpetual motion" in action. Their power sources were the sun, and the earth's magnetism. Nothing is inexhaustible (as far as we know), but there are sources of energy that will exist for eons. This is ignored for obvious reasons.
The concept makes sense but he is not explaining how this can actually create energy. Why not make a working device that does create energy and then explain how it works? John Searl has lots of witnesses and evidence that he has made a working device in the past and even many that could and did fly. Show us! A 9 volt battery can't power your 110volt light bulb, but if you connect it to coil and put the small coil next to a bigger coil with more windings, it will create greater voltage at the expense of sucking up all the 9 volt batteries current quicker, so during that time you can power a 110volt light bulb.

Why does EVERYONE ignore crystal radios when we talk about Free Energy being impossible. It is not creating energy from nothing. It is simply converting "useless" energy to useful. Great example is I saw students create a battery charger to charge 2 double AA's from a UHF tv signal 4km away.... thats charge, through the air, recaptured 4km away. so a device took energy that was previously useless, and converted it to something useful. This is what wind and solar farms do.

Same principle as pushing a swing: Keep hitting the thing with a small force at the point of min kinetic and max potential energy and even a large mass will accelerate albeit slowly. Now try stoping the swing and you will see how much energy has been stored/conserved. i.e. the sum of all the little pushes adds up.

@uberteknik I agree. I can get the same effect with a few neodynium magnets and a cake tin. They all balance out at equal distance and all you need to do is add an oscilating force and these would turn - which is what a motor does. What I am still waiting to see is what power you can get out of this device. So far they are just saying what you put INTO it. Thats USING energy. What we need to see is the unit developimng energy at which point we can show it is inefficient and is just a motor.

Look, I'm sure a few people have high hopes for this, but really, it's simply not going to work, it simply cant produce more energy than it requires to run, it's a simple matter of energy production. I cant understand why people are so amazed at this, it's a simple case of electromagnetic induction in coils, a phenomena which has been known about for years, and which is alread used in any electric motor. You'd be much better off to plug your 7 volts directly into what you wanted to power.
In theory it can feed its self no problem so, mount this in a generator with poles going into it so it can turn, the only problem i see is that you have speed but do you have enough strength?
I don't understand why it's so hard for people to understand that as soon as a load is placed on this device, like to produce electricity or run an appliance, this "effect" will be totally useless.
My SEG has been running for years, but unfortunately because it extracts quantum energy from it's surroundings it has cooled my house down to -75C, and I have to use all it's output power to run electric heaters. But it's not being run through a phase shifter. It's just the result of real crummy digitizing of the original audio and bad conversion of audio formats. Who knows how many times this has been copied & transformed since the original. It's the audio equivalent of a nth generation xerox copy.

The issue I have with this, is that if there is an input voltage of any amount. Assuming it is 7 volts. What can it produce as an OUT put voltage? And if it does produce more than the input, why not use capacitors instead of a battery? It just seems that there is a small bit of a problem when it still can't run of it's own generated power.
However if I am wrong, then he just needs to set it up so it is believably running on it's own.
Your on the right track, use liquid Mercury to store the energy your createing to make a energy amplifier, but you will need to use light material, and a sheild to hold the magnets in the fixure, as you keep trying to figure this out what I am saying, you'll be able to finally make it work, my experiment is working using mercury as my storage unit with light materials for speed.your project needs to turn about 60,000 rpms to work..good luck

There are so many negative comments on here, come on guys this thing is running on 7 volts. That is so small, a 9 volt battery could power it with no problem. The energy that powers a simple tv remote is powering this device. Just take that concept in for a second and realize how amazing that is. Im sure a team of engineers could find potential for this, in terms of collecting more energy. There are a lot of underground projects yet to even be released to the public, so till then I have hope :)
@15harrishawk The 'Thing' as the professor rightly calls it, does work, it's a simple concept, when you know how to produce electrostatic reserves boosting the input potential it will run on a small startup charge which will be replaced for next time. It seems the professor is a little eccentric and that is what puts people off, I know this is not the finished prod, but there has been a lot of resistance to this idea, (pardon the pun?) the prof has had a hard life because of it, as you can see?
@SagginWillies It's not the voltage, it's the current multiplied by the voltage, the power, as uberteknik performed his computation. A model-train transformer could power this thing with no problem. There's nothing obviously impressive about its being powered using 7 volts. It would probably drain a 9-V battery very quickly because it would draw so much current.

Ok,I'm no scientist,but my idea is,in the middle wheel where it is black,use a cog interior, connect that to another one of the machines,so you basically have an cog axle and two of these machines, one at each end of the axle,then power it up and you have a self sustaining axle to use,dont know if that would work,but it sounds simple and they often say simple is better! any response to my idea? am i wrong? maybe have it reversed and get the black interior to rotate somehow also? am i wrong ? :D

This is a very nice naked electric motor, This motor can not spin too fast because the centrifugal energy will spin the rolls out of their hold and break the electromagnetic coils that are spinning them. I think is useless but amusing. Each of the coils are momentarily pulsed by the little black reed switches connected to the side of the coils with the orange blue and white wires. Why does anyone think this is a free energy generator? There is no spare energy here!!.
the point to this is : the seg has a input voltage of about 7 volts. so about what a camcorder battery has. but it (supposedly) can put out 1000 times that amount , whis=ch is far and away better than current generator designs. so it could potentially be run off solar cells, hydroelectric, ect. and be truly, free renewable energy with zero pollution.

The concept makes sense but he is not explaining how this can actually create energy. Why not make a working device that does create energy and then explain how it works? John Searl has lots of witnesses and evidence that he has made a working device in the past and even many that could and did fly. Show us! The magnets kinetic energy comes from the electric coils at the sides. Any physicist would know that energy can't appear out of nowhere!!! A 9 volt battery can't power your 110volt light bulb, but if you connect it to coil and put the small coil next to a bigger coil with more windings, it will create greater voltage at the expense of sucking up all the 9 volt batteries current quicker, so during that time you can power a 110volt light bulb.

Why does EVERYONE ignore crystal radios when we talk about Free Energy being impossible. It is not creating energy from nothing. It is simply converting "useless" energy to useful. Great example is I saw students create a battery charger to charge 2 double AA's from a UHF tv signal 4km away.... thats charge, through the air, recaptured 4km away. so a device took energy that was previously useless, and converted it to something useful. This is what wind and solar farms do.

Same principle as pushing a swing: Keep hitting the thing with a small force at the point of min kinetic and max potential energy and even a large mass will accelerate albeit slowly. Now try stoping the swing and you will see how much energy has been stored/conserved. i.e. the sum of all the little pushes adds up.
The critical fact is NO NEW ENERGY HAS BEEN CREATED.
This is NOT free energy and nothing here that cannot be explained by a high school physics student.

@uberteknik I agree. I can get the same effect with a few neodynium magnets and a cake tin. They all balance out at equal distance and all you need to do is add an oscilating force and these would turn - which is what a motor does. What I am still waiting to see is what power you can get out of this device. So far they are just saying what you put INTO it. Thats USING energy. What we need to see is the unit developimng energy at which point we can show it is inefficient and is just a motor.

im guessing via the comments left that most of u dont really understand searls work at all its not a magnet generator its producing a magnetic field that is used in his aircraft the same tech was used by nazis in ww2 but they used a liquid metal and they sped it up inside a magnetic tube at like 200000rps. this creates a tort-ion field making the object or said device almost weightless hence the liquid center-fuse in most saucer craft known of today

Look, I'm sure a few people have high hopes for this, but really, it's simply not going to work, it simply cant produce more energy than it requires to run, it's a simple matter of energy production. I cant understand why people are so amazed at this, it's a simple case of electromagnetic induction in coils, a phenomena which has been known about for years, and which is alread used in any electric motor. You'd be much better off to plug your 7 volts directly into what you wanted to power.

My SEG has been running for years, but unfortunately because it extracts quantum energy from it's surroundings it has cooled my house down to -75C, and I have to use all it's output power to run electric heaters. Still, I no longer have to power my fridge - it's like having a free lunch and finding out it's an antigravity sandwich!

But it's not being run through a phase shifter. It's just the result of real crummy digitizing of the original audio and bad conversion of audio formats. Who knows how many times this has been copied & transformed since the original. It's the audio equivalent of a nth generation xerox copy.
They should have hired you to do the conversion! :-)

The issue I have with this, is that if there is an input voltage of any amount. Assuming it is 7 volts. What can it produce as an OUT put voltage? And if it does produce more than the input, why not use capacitors instead of a battery? It just seems that there is a small bit of a problem when it still can't run of it's own generated power.
However if I am wrong, then he just needs to set it up so it is believably running on it's own.

Your on the right track, use liquid Mercury to store the energy your createing to make a energy amplifier, but you will need to use light material, and a sheild to hold the magnets in the fixure, as you keep trying to figure this out what I am saying, you'll be able to finally make it work, my experiment is working using mercury as my storage unit with light materials for speed.your project needs to turn about 60,000 rpms to work..good luck

There are so many negative comments on here, come on guys this thing is running on 7 volts. That is so small, a 9 volt battery could power it with no problem. The energy that powers a simple tv remote is powering this device. Just take that concept in for a second and realize how amazing that is. Im sure a team of engineers could find potential for this, in terms of collecting more energy. There are a lot of underground projects yet to even be released to the public, so till then I have hope :)

@15harrishawk The 'Thing' as the professor rightly calls it, does work, it's a simple concept, when you know how to produce electrostatic reserves boosting the input potential it will run on a small startup charge which will be replaced for next time. It seems the professor is a little eccentric and that is what puts people off, I know this is not the finished prod, but there has been a lot of resistance to this idea, (pardon the pun?) the prof has had a hard life because of it, as you can see?

@SagginWillies It's not the voltage, it's the current multiplied by the voltage, the power, as uberteknik performed his computation. A model-train transformer could power this thing with no problem. There's nothing obviously impressive about its being powered using 7 volts. It would probably drain a 9-V battery very quickly because it would draw so much current.

Ok,I'm no scientist,but my idea is,in the middle wheel where it is black,use a cog interior, connect that to another one of the machines,so you basically have an cog axle and two of these machines, one at each end of the axle,then power it up and you have a self sustaining axle to use,dont know if that would work,but it sounds simple and they often say simple is better! any response to my idea? am i wrong? maybe have it reversed and get the black interior to rotate somehow also? am i wrong ? :D

Most of the sound from the machine is friction from the rollers.
To accelerate it requires some form of suspension to prevent the incident loss of energy from the mounting friction.
It would be great to see this work.

This is a very nice naked electric motor, This motor can not spin too fast because the centrifugal energy will spin the rolls out of their hold and break the electromagnetic coils that are spinning them. I think is useless but amusing. Each of the coils are momentarily pulsed by the little black reed switches connected to the side of the coils with the orange blue and white wires. the point to this is : the seg has a input voltage of about 7 volts. so about what a camcorder battery has. but it (supposedly) can put out 1000 times that amount , whis=ch is far and away better than current generator designs. so it could potentially be run off solar cells, hydroelectric, ect. and be truly, free renewable energy with zero pollution.

Well, as i see it, the device is not powering anything... It's like a electric motor. You see the static magnets (outer ring) which are powered by a current from a cable maybe from a power outlet!? Well, that is a bad sign for a devise, which should produce energy... The static magnets have a fluctuating magnetic field so they kick the rollers around. I wonder about the maximum RPM when centrifigul force causes them to fly across the room. I also wonder about running it with the axis horizontal (coil in a vertical orientation)-the increase in g force on the 'downstroke' they would fling off at the bottom.
