This video has a lot of great information.
However there is underlying tension with the Dr. and the interviewer.
He's talking about nipples, lactating and breast feeding.
She is trying not to laugh, but is not really engaging in the interview.
There also tension, because presenter is trying not to look at her endowments while explaining the processes.
