Depends on the video card your using, if you dont change a thing? id say no, which means you can, but it wont be worth doing. It'd be better to look into a computer with at least a core 2 duo these days.
since pentium 4 ht didnt exist in 2003... dumbnuts... (only to those who said it)... the first pentium 4 ht got in production in the beginning of 2004... and they'd sucked .. but the prescotts that came a year later were pretty promising..
