  • Oh my, how I miss this man!

  • His interpretation of this melody is certainly different from everyone else; it is a shame that his life was so short; he would have had many more songs to give his unique version to.

  • Yet another Darin classic. He takes a song and sings it like nobody else can. Nobody comes close to swingin' like Bobby......The King of Swing and the King of Cool. Thank God for giving you to us......if only briefly.

  • Everything Bobby did was the coolest. Nobody could touch him. What cool. What style. What confidence. Oh my gosh. We'll never see his kind again. (Frank Sinatra, eat your heart out.)

  • Mr.Darin at his best! The arrangement, the timing the voice. God love you Bobby.

  • coolest song ever made.

  • Bobby Darin was the greatest Jazz singer of all time..

  • @Florencione

Yes , when he did in this way , Bobby was realy the best Jazz-standards singer.

  • Buble's suckin hind teat!

  • @donnagirl66...Well said, DonnaGirl...Bobby Darin could out-swing them all !!! In addition, he was a terrific song writer as well. Check out "That's the Way Love Is" and "I Guess I'm Good for Nothing but the Blues". Also, his mention of "I ain't goin' your way...get out of my way" at the end of the track (in response to Sinatra's "River Stay Away from My Door") is exceptionally hip. I'm now off to listen to his versions of "All of You", "Alabamy Bound" and "Make Someone Happy" !

  • Man, did he have some set of pipes! One of that breed of past generations who didn't need electric amplification to sing on Broadway, but could still knock you out of your seat.

  • @Carvinter he is singing through a mic and amplification... some voice though..

  • This was my Dads absolute fvourite, he died in 1973 and I had the chance to go to America in 2008 and take part in a karaoke, I sang this on his behalf. Never thought I would be able to go to the states let alone sing this for my Dad, great memories and an ambition fulfilled!! Thank you x
