Comment continued... It happened to me a few times. Each time meant a new mantle! In the end it dropped and broke the glass. I've had no problems since. The other problem you could be getting is a slight tear in the mantle. I would do what I said with the cement, then place on a new mantle. Make sure to wrap the thread around again. This way it will seal the mantle perfectly.
Hi! May you help-me? I´ve been some difficulties to start my Petromax HK 250. It lights, but there is some flames around the mantle, and it doesn´t offer the expected luminosity. I´ve just bought but i couldn´t enjoy it. Thank you.
