  • Props to you.. But you should dice one plump tomato and put two plump tomatos in the blender.. Instead of canned chilis cut up and dice one or two raw jalapenos... Add diced Cilantro. MIX WELL and your GOLDEN...

  • @Crossmenageout just add them to bowl it makes the guacamole look fresh and green longer its weird but without them the dip gets almost a black cover

  • Mexicans don´t use canned chiles, we use fresh serranos.

  • Like it has been said before, Guacamole traditionally contains lemon/lime juice. Which really brings out the mexican flavour. I recommend using it to preserve freshness (oxidization leading to brownness) as well.

  • Well made the guacamole, following the recipe.

    I recommend a dash of lemon juice if you dont plan to eat it all straight away, keeps the avocado from turning brown.
