Like it has been said before, Guacamole traditionally contains lemon/lime juice. Which really brings out the mexican flavour. I recommend using it to preserve freshness (oxidization leading to brownness) as well.

Mexicans don´t use canned chiles, we use fresh serranos.

Well made the guacamole, following the recipe.
I recommend a dash of lemon juice if you dont plan to eat it all straight away, keeps the avocado from turning brown.
