When an ounce of gold backed a 20 dollar bill and so a 20 dollar bill = 1 ounce of gold... today to buy an ounce of gold it cost 1700 in counterfeit bills... the trend is the more they print the more it takes to buy the same amount of goods meaning each dollar they print makes the one before it worthless and since each dollar is printed and loaned at interest, another dollar is printed.
