Kobe doesn't care about points, he cares about winning, but if he has the opportunity to make plays at the end of the game he will almost always take them. The thing with kobe is that he is amazing at cutting to the basket, shooting, and drawing the foul. The only reason he is guarded tightly is because defenders can't allow easy jump shots.

Iverson was the best pick in that draft to me Kobe yeah he won titles but that was cuz of Shaq and now Gasol without them he didn't get out the first round. Kobe's footwork and agility is still good enough to get around anyone so i don't see how being 6'0 would stop him. Kobe's too smart to get blocked. Either way saying that it would be different if kobe was 6'0 is obvious, but he isn't so shut up and live with the fact that he is better at what he does than iverson is at what he does

@5layer77 apparently you choose to ignore things i say and put words in my mouth, i never implied or said that kobe is better at crossing than AI, i just said kobe plays his position SG/SF better than AI plays his PG. Completely individual. Kobe's variety of moves to get around defenders is as great as Jordans, maybe not performed quite as consistent, but dam close. Go ahead and tell people that Kobe can only shoot and you'll just come off as a dumbass.

@Brad633 Kobe is an unstoppable shooter, everything else is all average nothing more, he doesn't need anything else cause points matter most at the end of a game and he can crossover a guy because he is tightly defended so its way easier that way to get around a defender and if he cant go around he just steps back and shots it and if you can prove otherwise go for it

@5layer77 Kobe is a phenomenal player all around, you don't win MVP or 5 rings by just being a prolific scorer, his defense is great and highly underrated. Kobe doesn't care about points, he cares about winning, but if he has the opportunity to make plays at the end of the game he will almost always take them. The thing with kobe is that he is amazing at cutting to the basket, shooting, and drawing the foul. The only reason he is guarded tightly is because defenders can't allow easy jump shots.

I would be a fan of AI if he was a better passer. In Kobe's entire 13-14 year career, he didn't make the playoffs once and has achieved 5 rings, If he didn't make it out of the first round sometimes that is because he had a shitty team, Kobe can easily lead a team.

@5layer77 ok then die hard hater, 6.2 APG isn't good for a point guard...He tries too hard to score instead of setting plays for his teammates. CHRIS PAUL, DERON WILLIAMS, both score like 20PPG and 10APG. That's what point guards should be doing. How come you didn't mention his 41FG%, cause it's shit. Many people dislike A.I. because he tries to score too much for a point guard.
