Wow, I just saw this orange glow from my window, several miles away on the other side of alcatraz island, in the north. I was confused at first because it looked very strange like some kind of cutout with an orange illuminance coming behind it until after I told my dad about this when he saw on the web about the brush fire on Angel Island. I went to Angel island many years ago! I am so horrified at this.
