I purchased one 2 1/2 years ago...it worked very well, but now it is starting to deflate during my workouts. I purchased a new one and it was defective. I took it back to the store. Now I'm in search for a new one again. I like this machine, it is easy to use and the price is not bad once you find one that works.

Yes it works and works very good, you just need to create a routine and follow it. Dont drink fluids with sugar, low carb intake and nothing fried nor greasy food and the exercise and believe, it works. lost two pant sizes in 4 weeks.used to be 34 i am now 32 and counting.

I started using this yesterday after its been lying around my house for a about 2 years I did 1 one of the work out dvd's its about 1 05 long and I swear by the time the session was over I felt about 5 lbs lighter already!! no joke.

This thing is incredibly loud. Each step pushes a loud high pitched gush of air out. Very deceptive video because at 2:20 there is no sound when she uses the device. Love capitalism.

I love this thing. I've had it a week and can't stay off it. can't stay off the thing. I really feel it in my glutes and abs and i don't even have any of the DVDs or the cord. Great product.
