If you're really out of shape, fat, etc, it'll be harder to get back in shape in your 40s, 50s, than in your 20s. I'm 46, thin, in decent shape, been working out (off and on) since my teens. Starting early helped, and not letting myself get too far gone. So, ya, Myles is in good shape for 39 or 29 or 19. I had no idea he was pushin' the big 4-0!

yeah, but he doesn't look like that by "an hour a day at the gym." he clearly trains like mad and eats healthy. that's more what I'm giving Myles credit for. it takes more than "an hour a day at the gym" to look like that once you hit a certain age (I've generally heard like mid-30s). it's just part of the aging process.

@wwedivaxx Totally agree, Myles must be on all sorts of supplements lol. I weight train, have protein shakes, loads of vitamins and eat well and I have muscle bulk but still too much body fat lol. I don't look ripped but Myles is super ripped. Please someone give me that body so I can impress the girls =p

@Andyc18 not so sure about him being on all sorts of supplements. from what I've heard about his eating habits (interviews) he's a very healthy eater and he runs (he said in a recent interview that "jogs" is more accurate, but you get the idea. lol). if he eats as clean as it sounds like he does and works out he probably doesn't need much in the way of supplements.
