  • Woman in blue is going on about absolutely nothing logical. "I created depression for my healing."... really asshole?

Rubbish and offensive and she's not hired as coach of anything in my life.

  • Boy can I relate to THIS!! so nice to hear why " have been the way I have in the past 6 months..

  • Ridiculous Charlatains

  • Excessive forgiveness is dangerous because it will enable those hurting you to continue. It is such a flawed concept, yea you're happy because the burden of responsibility is removed but the abuser should not be encouraged by forgiveness. And yes, it will most likely encourage them not make them change. I don't believe in a god or an afterlife, I think those beliefs are delusions. Delusions which can alleviate depression or responsibility.

  • Yeah, most "forgiveness" nowadays is simply denial, pretending not to be hurt and making yourself feel guilty and in the wrong, and the people who have mistreated you in the right. You always hear "get over it". How are you supposed to get over someone wronging you if they don't even acknowledge it happened let alone apologize? All the blame and responsibility is put on the person who has been hurt and they are labelled "petty", "unable to let go" etc. I cut off anyone who acts this way

  • count your blessings...whoed a thunk

  • Though I appreciate the cleavage, I miss all the women with pretty legs who used to dominate this thought-provoking, intellectual channel.

  • @Fuliginosus lol

  • hello...hi sirs...shes a real bra buster and that hurts my feelings in this video...I'm hurt now....

  • well she is drawing attention to her cleavage by the type of shirt she's wearing. the necklace is basically an arrow pointed at the cleaveage as well. she knows what she's doing..

  • @blurfist Are you suggesting that the necklace is a little subliminal suggestion? :)

  • wow Ive never heard so much shit in my life

  • Any chance of her putting those fat mammaries away? ...find them very depressing.

  • @loopstheloop wow you're a fucking prick

  • What? Fat tits are proven to cause mild depression in young men, who are most at risk. Combat that depression- put this lady in a turtleneck.

  • The ladies are exactly right. I really like Anna Miller, she would help anyone get rid of depression because she is so lovely and caring.

  • Are you in depression?

  • Yes but i now feel i have a chance of getting out of it. Thank you.

  • Yes to be forgiving does ease the burden of those thoughts and ideals which are making you depressed. Your ego doesn't want to forgive because it enjoys controlling the depression. Control the ego, start connecting with real inner being inside you and ignore any negative thoughts which are holding you back.

  • Very helpful:*)

  • No question about it; you'll only be as happy as your capacity to forgive and move on.

  • her cleavage is SPECTACULAR!!!!

  • ew no its not. Google Megan Fox or Lindsay Lohan for spectacular cleavage.

  • In fairness, Megan Fox, or Anna Miller, founder of

the Depression Project... who would you choose?

    Toughie...

  • I don't like Megan Fox, so I'd pick Anna. As far as cleavage goes, Megan Fox is a no brainer.

  • In the realm of your overall knowledge of bare-breasted cleavage... your username reveals a lot :/

  • I don't understand what you mean. I am female, so I see at least one pair of naked breasts on a daily basis.

  • Anna Millers boobs were made exclusively for Motor-boating. Do you understand that???

  • I'm sure she'd appreciate that.

  • I sense sarcasm. But who knows, maybe she would, actually...

  • If I were you, I wouldn't be commenting on a YT video. Beeueebage!!!!

  • Oh, dear. Well, good thing you aren't me, huh?

  • forgive me anna @1o seconds but i cant help but tell u how hot u are your vids with your low cut shirts give me serious depression.... that im not your bra hehehe just kidding but nice boobs

  • Have any of you people ever seen an attractive woman? Just wondering....

In what country do you reside, so I can avoid it?

  • There are attractive women in every country of every race.

  • Hmmmmm...

  • One reason I don't drink is that I want to know when I am having a good time..Drunkenness is nothing but voluntary madness !

  • You must be a protestant.

  • What? I was right, wasn't I? Well then.

  • Not protestant im Catholic

  • Sorry, mate! Falsely accused!

Why so anti-booze, then? It's one of life's pleasures- everything in moderation. Did someone close to you have a problem with the drink? Just curious.

Drink can make depression worse, but in itself isn't a bad thing, I don't think.

  • @

loopstheloop ,,Yes indeed you're right took alcohol in moderation just be a good thing .But unfortunately is not given to everybody to know how to moderate .Much exaggerated and alcohol is a depressant on the next day its not easy entourage often pay for their exaggeration .....When will pleasure crash with regret?

  • Well, I have exaggerated in the past, probably will do in the future.... but I reckon alcohol has brought me far more pleasure than pain.

If you're seriously depressed it's not a good idea to drink, but neither is it a good idea to go cliff walking. Cliff walking is still a great activity, though. Sláinte

  • I respect your point of view while not believing there is many a bright future in the alcohol........ hoping for you that the long-term does not spoil !

  • Moderately useful advice, yet very new-agey. To deny the place in recovery/treatment of depression of therapy and drugs for extreme moments is like telling an asthmatic to just take deep breaths when he/she is in a full blown attack. sure, to use good sense and proper awareness will lessen the occurrence of attacks, but there will always be a predisposition to have a problem and a need for fast acting meds. Still, it is one more thing to use, use everything, trust none completely.

  • rationality can't do nothing during the attack since your brain is not being rational in that moment, but it can do a lot at a subconscious level later, when the attack is over and you can use your lucid mind. The instruction one gives to his mind during those moment of lucid thinking "might" be so powerful to prevent a returning of attacks.

  • Drink alcohol combined with ssri medicine and it feel like you're reborned!! who cares of forgiveness.. its bullshit.

  • The thing is that if you drink alcohol you will become an alcoholic, and that will deepen and make the depression chronic.

  • I drink alcohol, and i'm not an alcoholic.

  • Same same. I don't drink alcohol alone. Only when i am with other people.

  • Teh good strategies and ect.
