  • Unusual for a traction elevator to have the buzz.

  • The buzz was never that bad before TK got their dirty paws on Dover. That's the ever-hated ThyssenKrapp Buzz!

  • Sorry, but that's definitely a Dover. It has the buzz :)

  • It would sure be nice if he's learned to pronounce the city's NAME correctly, before he made a video...... Eau Claire is pronounced "O klare" , not u clare !!!!! It's French-Canadian for Clear Water

  • Living in Eau Claire, I use this elevator regularly...serving the bank across the street as a shared parking lot (the bank and hotel guests both use the Civic Center Parking Ramp), so it services very heavily...I'm surprised it's in as good of condition as it is when I use it

  • dang stupid DOVER BUZZ!!!

  • That is one old elevator what type was it?

  • @MrElevator101

It's not that old !!!! The Hotel & bParking deck was built in the mid-70's and a 30-35 yr old elevator certainly isn't old....... The one at First Wisconsin Bank is from the Teens or 20's, so would be 80-90 yrs old, and still working fine !!

  • interesting how they used otis for the actual hotel but dover for the garage

  • That's correct.

  • very long buzz!

  • Now this is very unusual to have the Dover BUZZ on a 1970's elevator. Also, it would be interesting if the elevator served all 8 floors, with the numbers A1-H8.

  • There is a floor below 'G'. Why didn't you go down there to tour?

  • I tried but the floor below was locked.. i pushed it in the tour..

  • I know. it almost sounds like a horn.
