It's a shame how far Giulliani's fallen. When he was mayor of NYC, he was pretty much a RINO. He rejuvenated my city in a way almost no one thought possible. Then 2008 came around and he started moving right and exploiting 9/11, and he lost almost all his credibility.

He also cleaned up a whole lotta the graffiti and pollution. Giulliani was divisive, for sure, but he did do a lot of good whether New Yorkers want to admit it or not.
