There have been over 20 cases brought in US courts - judges legislating from the bench have refused to hear all but one. It is a simple request, but once again those choosing to interpret the Constitution as a 'living breathing' document are in power across the land. Once again, you cannot answer as to why all this man's records are sealed - and why you do not find it alarming. Try to stick to this issue - screaming "BUSH" doesn't change anything

Obama's birth certificate is available on the internet. The claim that he hasn't issued his "long-form" birth certificate is absurd because the state he was born in, Hawaii, does not have a short-form or a long-form birth certificate. They have a single, multipurpose birth certificate, which has been provided as requested. What more do you want?

One can actually prove that George Bush is a legitimate American citizen. He released all his records, including his National Guard records. Correction The Uniform Code of Military Justice UCMJ states that a solider/ officer is not bound to follow any order that illegal. If at Lt Col orders you a private to shoot a civilian with no provocation You Should Not and Dont Have to Follow That Order. Only a certificate of live birth has been revealed. This particular document is only a reference to the existence of a birth certificate, and is not the birth certificate itself. There is an example of the difference on the web.
This conversation will not end until Obama's long form birth certificate becomes available for public inspection. Obama is going through a lot of trouble to hide a simple piece of paper. There are people that will stop at nothing to find out why.

The Honolulu advertiser ran a birth announcement the day after he was born. Hawaii state officials have gone on record to say that they have seen the Birth Cert.
His campaign released a copy of the Birth Cert.
You know why they won't release the full one ?

That is only if Obama was impeached and thrown out of office. You would have to prove that he knowingly witheld information, and that it wasn't an error on his parent's part. If he stepped down then Biden would continue on like Ford did for Nixon.
We should not even be arguing this because, to date, no hire profile schaolars have gotten involved in this case making it a risky gamble of happening. My point is that Hillary would not be an automatic overnight president.

No, if someone like former President Bush had/would get involved and ask for the long birth certifcate to be examined, it would happen. No one with any importance has made such request. Had bush thought that it was important then he could have asked for an inquiry prior to Obama getting into office. Bush or Cheney could have pulled an investigation off, and were the best people to do so because they were leaving office. So whose fault really is it?

There is a difference between being a US citizen and a Natural Born Citizen. His father was a Kenyan, a British citizen. That is without dispute even from him. Both parents have to be US citizens to be elegible under the Constitution. What you are saying would mean an "anchor baby from Mexico could be president some day just because they were born here. I wouldn't take a politician's word at face value either. However, when you have an official HI bc released with no credible source calling it a fraud (Polarik is not credible) as well as contemporary birth announcements, that's a convincing argument.

What's interesting about this is that the U.S military allowed him to stay. They did not dismiss him or punish him. They willingly let him stay here. What that says is that the U.S MILITARY finds truth in his protest and in itself must be questioning Obama. After all Obama did not release birth documents strangly enough. He was born in Hawaii but his mother was not a U.S citizen at that time. Thats where the red flag is waved

There has been numerous failed court challenges and two years of vetting during the election to claim Obama isn't a citizen, let it go already. Cook volunteered his own service on his own will and could have canceled at anytime taking the "proper" steps and following "proper" protocol, he in FACT broke the the good order and discipline of the Armed Forces by questioning his Commander and Chief without any cause or basis. Actually, they didn't make a 'big deal' about McCain because he gladly gave up all pertinent records for scrutiny.
Barry Sotero, to this day, has lawyerd up to keep from having to do the same.
I don't want to believe the guy is a fraud, but when he refuses to release his actual birth certificate that tells us what hospital and what doctor, I have to think the man has something to hide.
