I was looking at computer programs to make karaoke music, which can strip the vocals from a song and leave the music.
So it stands to reason that it's also possible to strip the music and leave the voices. It would be much better to just delete whatever short piece of music the copyright row was about and leave the rest.
I was looking forward to seeing Oz driving around in a bumper car, trying heroically not to spill his beer. Ahh, simple amusements.
And if you want to watch this whole episode, google the title of the video, get rid of "part 2" from the end and look through the torrents till you find an active one.
WMG have banned the audio of a BBC video, and as far as i am aware they have no affiliation with eachother, so they would have not banned it due to it being copyrighted by the BBC..
Which means there must be some background music during this part of the episode which they "owned".
BUT, the BBC would have bought the rights to the music when they aired the episode.
So as far as i am aware, there is no copyright infringement going on here.
