Sounds good, but she's wrong on Fish Oil, which surprised me. Fish Oil supplements are one of the biggest scams out there and one of the worst things you can take because they are DERIVATIVES.

The EPA, DHA, and GLA in fish oil are NOT essential fatty acids (EPA)...they are derivatives of Omega 3, which your own body produces.
